Marionnette du Dragon

My marionette-making workshop was the most fun I had during my visit to Prague! Everyone at Czech Marionettes was incredibly welcoming and encouraging. Lucy helped me to put the puppet together while another artist helped me to mix the paint. I love how it turned out! I wanted to do something different yet quintessentially Czech while I was here and this was the perfect choice! If you like arts and crafts and friendly people, you’ll enjoy this workshop. Sadly marionette theater performances are disappearing from Prague. But the talented people who carry on the traditions and artistic crafts are still here and they will gladly introduce you to this wonderful tradition.

Amazing! This little fellow is crafted with skill, love, and whimsy. I have several of the marionettes and each and everyone is a work of art. Can’t recommend enough; adore!
